Return And Exchange Policy

  • Notification: Customers must inform Wakf Apparel of size discrepancies within 7 days of delivery via email at [email protected].

  • Eligibility: Exchange requests are accepted for defective products or wrong deliveries only.

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Full-Price Items: Exchanges for full-price items now on sale will be processed at the discounted price.

  • Refunds: Provided for prepayments in case of out-of-stock items, wrong deliveries, or manufacturing defects. Refunds are issued as vouchers with a 1-month validity.

  • Cash Refunds: Not available; all refunds are issued as vouchers.

  • Cosmetics: Not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

  • International Orders: No returns or exchanges offered; inquiries should be directed to [email protected].

  • Size Exchanges: Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging with tags intact.

  • Outlet Option: Customers may be directed to a Wakf Apparel outlet for exchanges.

  • Exchange Request Process: Email [email protected] with order details, reason for exchange, and photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.

  • Processing Time: Exchange claims typically processed within 7-10 working days, may take up to 15 during peak periods.

  • Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled post-processing; Wakf Apparel reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability or declined payments.
